Biography
Michaela Kmochová joined our law office in April 2011. She focuses on real estate law and represents clients in administrative and other proceedings before administrative courts. She also provides legal advice on acquisitions and labor law issues.
Within the framework of her practice in our law offices Michaela has participated in projects connected with the sale and acquisition of enterprises and real estate, including real estate/development projects and the establishment of joint ventures. She has advised our clients on labor law issues, construction law issues, and on general contract issues.
Michaela has been a member of the Czech Bar Association (Česká advokátní komora) since 2011. She speaks Czech, English and Spanish. In addition to graduating from the Law School at Charles University in Prague she also graduated from the Philosophical Faculty of the same university and obtained a Master’s degree in Philology and the Spanish language. Prior to joining our law office, she worked as a legal trainee in the international law offices of Hogan Lovells.
