One of the most important spheres of our specialization in the area of labor law and social security law includes preparing and drafting managerial contracts and work (employment) contracts, as well as other contractual documentation regulating relationships between employers and employees, including managerial contracts and resolving issues associated with the employment of foreign nationals. We participate in preparing and drafting Work (Employment) Rules and other internal regulations issued by employers, and we provide advice on employment termination and employee lay-off, including advice on the winding up of an enterprise and on mass lay-offs.
