We provide legal counseling in connection with the bankruptcy of commercial companies. We offer our services to members of the statutory bodies of the bankrupt commercial company or the company on its way to bankruptcy, as well as to creditors as regards the enforcement or securing of their claims against the commercial company in distress. We represent clients in insolvency proceedings: The clients may be creditors (for example, having their receivables registered and their claims raised) as well as debtors (for example, defending them from any insolvency proceedings initiated without the fulfillment of the statutory preconditions). Last but not least, we represent clients in disputes associated with insolvency proceedings, in particular in disputes on rejection to recognize registered receivables (raised claims) or including the client’s property in the bankrupt entity’s base assets.
