Biography

Václav Duda has been working at our law office since December 2014. He focuses mainly on real estate law and administrative law including construction law as well as consumer protection. Václav has also advised our clients on public procurements issues and general contract issues.

Václav has been a member of the Czech Bar Association (Česká advokátní komora) February 2019. In the 2013/2014 academic year, Václav successfully completed a study program at the University of Ljubljana’s School of Law. He speaks Czech and English.
