Biography

Tomasz Heczko specializes in dispute resolution, commercial contracts, real estate, and construction law.

In the area of dispute resolution, Tomasz has experience with complex commercial disputes involving values in the billions, particularly in construction, energy, and M&A. He has participated in representing clients in international arbitrations under VIAC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules.

In contract law, he focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, especially contracts for work related to major construction and technology projects. He is also active in development and urban planning. In real estate transactions and construction law, Tomasz has represented clients in negotiating planning agreements and cooperation contracts between municipalities and developers, including projects on some of Prague’s most significant brownfield sites.

Tomasz has been an attorney since 2015. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and completed a one-year study program at Université Paris Descartes in France.

He speaks Czech, Polish, English, and French.
