Biography

Lucie Vožehová is a partner in our law offices. In the course of her longtime cooperation with international law firms she has gained vast experience. She focuses in particular on advice in the sphere of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law issues. Lucie has been a member of the Czech Bar Association (Česká advokátní komora) since 2004. She speaks Czech and English.

Transactions in which she has participated include major international ones listed in the prestigious annual publications Chambers Global or Legal 500. In addition, she has also assisted in structuring a number of local transactions in the Czech Republic. Due to her longtime experience with complex mergers and acquisitions projects, she has gained a thorough knowledge of the legal environments of the energy, food and construction sectors and is also able to assist clients with solving legal problems typical for these markets. She lectures on hot topics and hot issues relating to various markets.
