Biography

Lucie Oršulová is a partner in our law offices. In her practice, Lucie focuses in particular on resolving commercial disputes in court and arbitration proceedings, issues of contractual liability and indemnification, and also on criminal law – primarily the sphere of financial crime, issues of commercial corporations, sports law and energy law. She is also an expert on the changes introduced by the new codification of private law. Lucie has been a member of the Czech Bar Association (Česká advokátní komora) since 2001. She speaks Czech, German and English.

Lucie is also listed as an arbitrator with the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
