Biography

Kristýna Nováková focuses primarily on litigation, contract law, and family law in her legal practice. She has extensive experience representing clients in litigation matters and strategically managing court proceedings from the initial analysis through to the final judgment. She has long been dedicated to consumer protection, particularly through her collaboration with the organization dTest, where she gained in-depth practical knowledge of consumer issues.

In the field of consumer law, she has also been active at the international level as an expert representative at the European Commission, where she participated in discussions on current challenges and legislative developments. She is also actively involved in promoting legal awareness, publishing, and communicating with clients and the general public.

She speaks Czech and English.
